Carlson, a surveying thing.

Carlson Survey 2006 is the software I'm supposed to be using right now to plot the point of my survey from college. Its just not nice! Its giving me multiple copies of points, and being really complicated. I just don't like it, I'm totally lost! Anyone ever heard of this software? Its got about a million options and thousands of functions, all with complicated and un-obvious names! Grr! Where's the "make it work" button?

Why isn't money free?

Why isn't money free these days? I was thinking about this earlier. When I was a kid I always thought I would spend my life doing something interesting, not working all day and coming home to do something interesting!

I'm studying civil engineering, which I so far have enjoyed, but I will still be working 9 to 5. So why cant we all just be given loadsa money and be happy all our lives?

So I thought. I came to the conclusion this must have started with a government and an economy, and I reckon it makes sense as a way to control a nation and gain power. That's not what my dad thinks though.

So what do you think?
